Your Consultation
We send out our initial patient and treatment consent forms to your mobile phone or email. Please fill them out before your first appointment. This will ensure us we serve you and all our other patients on time.
During our consults, we take a thorough clinical history so we can build a clearer picture about your condition. A physical examination to determine the cause of your symptoms is then conducted which then guides the course of treatment that follows.
You may be required to remove some parts of your clothing for your Osteopath to undertake some observations and assessments. Please dress appropriately for all your appointments.

1. EFTPOS/HICAPS available
On the spot private health care rebates are available via HICAPS. Please check with your insurance provider that you have the appropriate level of health cover.
2. We treat Chronic Disease Management (EPC) program patients. A GP referral is required before your Osteopathic consultation. Bring Medicare card to appointment. This appointments are NOT bulk billed. You will need to pay full fees and then claim your rebate from Medicare
3. We also treat TAC and Workcover patients. Please bring to the appointment the required details (claim number, date of injury/accident, insurer details). You will have to pay full consultation fees and claim from your insurer.
